4. Payment Confirmation

  • If the payment fails but the amount is deducted from your account, it will be automatically refunded by your bank/payment provider within 5–7 business days.

5. Refunds & Cancellations

  • Refunds for eligible orders will be processed as per our Refund & Return Policy.
  • Refunds are always initiated to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
  • Processing time may take 7–10 business days, depending on your bank/payment provider.
