Refund and Returns Policy

At Ritzha Furniture, we take pride in delivering high-quality, custom-crafted furniture. Please read our refund and return policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns only for eligible products within 7 days of delivery, subject to the conditions mentioned below.

To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unused and in its original condition
The item must be in its original packaging
Proof of purchase (invoice/order ID) is required

2. Non-Returnable Items

Custom-made or made-to-order furniture
Products that have been used, assembled, or altered
Items damaged due to misuse or improper handling

Note: Most of our furniture is made-to-order, and therefore non-returnable unless damaged or defective upon delivery.

3. Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or defective product:

You must notify us within 24 hours of delivery
Share clear photos/videos of the issue

After verification, we will offer:

Replacement, or
Repair, or
Refund (if replacement is not possible)

4. Return Process

To initiate a return:

Provide your order details and reason for return
Our team will guide you through the process

Note: Return shipping charges may be applicable unless the product is defective or damaged.

5. Refund Process

Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days after approval
Refund will be credited to the original payment method
In case of COD orders, refund will be processed via bank transfer

6. Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order
Once production has started, cancellation may not be possible

7. Shipping & Delivery Issues

Delivery timelines are estimated and may vary
Delays due to logistics or unforeseen circumstances are not eligible for refunds
