Shipping Policy

At Ritzha Furniture, we value your trust and strive to deliver your furniture safely and on time. Our shipping policy is designed to ensure a transparent and hassle-free delivery experience for every customer.


1. Shipping Coverage

We currently offer pan-India delivery across all major cities and towns. Depending on your location, delivery timelines may vary.
For remote or hard-to-reach areas, please contact our customer support to confirm delivery availability before placing your order.


2. Processing Time

All orders are processed within 3–5 business days after confirmation.
Custom-made or bespoke furniture orders may require additional processing and production time, which will be communicated during purchase.


3. Delivery Timeframe

  • Ready-to-ship products: 3–4 weeks
  • Made-to-order or custom furniture: 3–6 weeks, depending on design and craftsmanship time
    Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via email or WhatsApp to monitor your shipment status.

4. Shipping Charges

  • Free shipping is available on selected furniture pieces and during promotional offers.
  • For larger or bulk orders, nominal delivery or handling fees may apply based on location and logistics.
  • Any applicable charges will be clearly displayed at checkout before payment.

5. Packaging & Handling

Every piece from Ritzha Furniture is professionally packed using high-quality materials to ensure your furniture reaches you in perfect condition.
We use wooden crates, foam padding, and edge protectors for added safety during transit.


6. Delivery Process

  • Our delivery team will contact you prior to arrival.
  • Large furniture pieces are delivered to the ground floor or main entrance of your delivery address.
  • For multi-floor deliveries without elevator access, additional manpower charges may apply.

If you require assembly service, our team can assist (in select cities) or guide you through simple setup instructions provided with your order.


7. Delays or Damages

While we take utmost care in packing and shipping, unforeseen delays (due to weather, transportation, or third-party courier issues) may occur.
If your product arrives damaged or defective, please inform us within 48 hours of delivery with photos/videos at support@ritzha.com or via WhatsApp.
We’ll review your case and arrange a replacement, repair, or refund as per our policy.


8. International Shipping

Currently, we only deliver within India.
For international shipping inquiries, please contact our team — we’re working on expanding our global delivery network soon.
