At Ritzha Furniture, we take immense pride in designing and crafting premium solid wood furniture. Each piece is built with care, precision, and natural materials that age beautifully. However, we understand that occasional manufacturing issues can arise. Therefore, we offer a 6-month limited warranty to ensure complete peace of mind.

What’s Covered

Our 6-month warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship under normal residential use. In other words, if your furniture has a structural issue, uneven finishing, or any defect caused during production, we’ll repair or replace the affected part at no cost.

In addition, our quality assurance team carefully inspects every piece before delivery, so issues are rare. Yet, if something does go wrong, you’re always protected.

What’s Not Covered

While we strive for perfection, some conditions fall outside this warranty. The following are not covered:

  • Damage caused by mishandling, misuse, or incorrect assembly.
  • Scratches, stains, or fading that occur over time.
  • Normal wear and tear such as fabric softening, color variation, or minor expansion in wood.
  • Natural variations in wood grain, texture, or knots — these highlight the authenticity of solid wood.
  • Damage from sunlight, moisture, or chemical exposure.
  • Any issues caused by relocation, third-party repair, or modification.

In short, our warranty applies to genuine manufacturing issues — not those caused by usage or environmental conditions.

How to Claim

If you believe your product has a defect, please follow these simple steps:

  1. Contact our support team within the 6-month period.
  2. Provide your order number or invoice copy.
  3. Share clear photos or videos of the issue.
  4. Mention the date and nature of the problem.

Once we review your claim, our team will assist you with repair or replacement. Please note: any repair or replacement under warranty does not reset or extend the warranty period.

  • Warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.

  • Our maximum liability is limited to the product’s purchase price.
  • This warranty does not cover items used in commercial or outdoor spaces unless specifically mentioned.
